RAIL IMPACT TEST
This test is to ensure that a loaded flexitank is able to withstand the force of multiple impacts routinely endured during the handling and transportation via rail.
Filled Flexitanks are loaded into a container on a wagon and being impacted at a various speed similar to actual handling and transportation up to 2 G-force.
Our Flexitank went through the above test and came out intact with no bulging (container).

COA GUIDELINES
The Container Owners Association (COA) is an organization that through its flexitank division has set-up guidelines for quality management of flexitank and subsequently regulated them internationally.

FSSC 22000 Certified
FSSC22000, version 3, 2013, was awarded for the manufacturing of Flexitank (Polyethylene and Polypropylene) for bulk liquid container in the food industry under the Category: M. The certification scheme for food safety systems including: ISO 22000:2005, ISO/TS 22002-4:2013, and additional FSSC 22000 requirements.
