Multilayer Flexitanks
Our multilayer flexitanks are fabricated from 100% clear virgin polyethene. In compliance with Food and Drug Administrator (FDA) and EU regulatory standards, liners are made from layers of 110 microns – 250 microns.
Comes in a tabular design with no joint sides.
Types of Flexitanks:
- Prime Tank
Specially designed Polyethylene films with puncture & high tear resistance films for high seal performance. Shielded with a layer of high tensile tubular Polypropylene fabric. (3 layer PE + 1 layer PP outer woven). - Bumble Tank
Specially designed Polyethylene films with puncture & high tear resistance films for high seal performance. Shielded with a layer of high tensile tubular Polypropylene fabric. (2 layer PE + 1 layer PP outer woven). - Grimlock Tank
Specially designed Polyethylene films with puncture & high tear resistance films for high seal performance. Shielded with a layer of high tensile tubular Polypropylene fabric. (3 layer PE + 1 layer EVOH liner + 1 layer PP outer woven).
